Our c coil fixing systems and spacers for resin windings shave been found to comply with the following standards thanks to the tests carried out by our customers.
- Environmental, climatic and fire resistance tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.4.5,14.4.4 e 14.4.6. (E4C3F1)
- Climatic tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.4.4
- Pulse tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.3.1
- Seismic tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.4.7 or IEEE std 693
- Partial discharges tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.2.7
- Resistance to low temperatures (-60°c) tests as per standard IEC 60076-11 par 14.4.4 class C5
Coil fixing system
Leplast coil fixing system is made of durable material up to -60°C; and is composed of different elements that can be assembled and adapted to the different distances and sizes of the windings in the transformer, to:
Reach the desired height between the core and windings Fix the distance between the windings
Our coil fixing system can be installed on different insulation classes (up to 42.5kV) and guarantees an electrical efficiency of up to 220% calculated as the ratio between the distance “core-winding surface” and the “escape line” guaranteed by our pieces.

Silicon Shock Absorbers
Support base to stabilize and optimize the performance of the fastener system. The distance between the core and the outer winding determines the length of the spacer to be used. Height regulators and accessories are mounted on the spacer.
Increases cylinder height to increase insulation between windings. Height regulators and accessories are mounted on the Regbob.
Permette di aumentare l’efficenza (linea di fuga) del nostro sistema di fissaggio per trasformatori classi 36kV e 42kV.
La linea di fuga incrementa di circa 30mm per ogni Minibob installato.
Sul Minibob sono montati i regolatori altezza ed accessori.
They allow to reach the necessary height between the reinforcement and the winding surface and fix the latter to the calculated distance from the core.
They can be assembled with coil spacers,Regbob, Minibob and silicon shock absorbers.
Silicon Shock Absorbers
Thanks to their elasticity, they make it possible to compensate for the expansion of the winding of the transformer at load. The expansion of the winding determines the thickness of the shock absorber to be used. They must be used above height regulators.
To be assembled with coil spacers, regbobs and minibobs. They have different purposes:
It is used on the lower reinforcement and allows to attach the system to the transformer core.
Assembled on the upper reinforcement, it allows to secure the winding by pressing the system through the screw.
Mounted on the coil spacer, it allows to stack two or more to obtain the calculated distance between the core reinforcement and the winding.
Mounted on the coil spacer, it allows to obtain a homogeneous plane for the support of the shock absorber.
It allows to fix and maintain the distance between cylinder and winding.
Antivibration pads are used to reduce the mechanical vibrations of the transformer in operation, and at the same time to also decrease the level of emitted noise.
Antivibration pads are made entirely of rubber and are available in two sizes.
The performances of our antivibration pads are given by the diameter and width of the wheels and the weight of the transformer.
Two types of isolators are available: Spacing insulators to separate the tension parts from the grounded parts that can be used for classes 7.2kV, 12kV, 17.5kV and 24 kV (picture A) (immagine A) Specific insulators to space the triangle of medium voltage in the transformer used for class 24 kV (picture B)
